Tell us what happened, your app version if available, and the screen involved. Please never send your password or sign-in code.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” for access, correction, deletion or privacy concerns. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.
Content or safety concerns
Use the in-app Report action, or email a link or enough detail to locate the content. Avoid forwarding unnecessary personal information.
Parents and guardians
Use the subject “Parent or guardian enquiry” to discuss consent before a member under 18 creates an account, or to ask about their information. Do not send identity documents or sensitive details in the first email. An enquiry does not itself complete consent.
